About Nic Sampson: Marathon, 1904
Thirty two athletes entered the 1904 Olympic Marathon in St Louis. Fourteen finished. A timeless true story of stupidity, rank incompetence, brazen cheating, wild dogs, and rat poison. Nic Sampson is a comedian, actor, and writer from New Zealand, currently living in London. Nic helped co-create New Zealand sitcom Golden Boy, which has been picked up for a second series.
