About Punching Horses

The play is about two foster brothers, Tankard and Paddle, who are on the run after the death of their mother leads to an unexpected murder. On their way to what they hope is a new start Tankard and Paddle break into occupied houses to lie low. But events escalate from hilarious hijinks into violent tragedy as they fail to stay in control of their situation and more importantly their own minds. It is a dark tragi-comedy about co-dependence, brotherhood, mental illness and quite a bit of killing.
