Darkfield (Lewis Cubitt Square, King’s Cross) Glen Neath and David Rosenberg’s company, Darkfield, have a trilogy of shows; Seance, Flight and Coma. These three short, sharp immersive headphone shows take place in pitch darkness and use binaural sound to really mess with your head. Bringing the three experiences together in one place is an inspired idea and should appeal to theatrical thrill-seekers. My particular favourite is Séance, a piece that really makes you question what you are experiencing but I also know plenty who are fans of Flight—a piece in which your airplane journey has two very different possible outcomes—and Coma about the horrors that lurk in the mind. Spooky stuff.
Three intense and deeply immersive experiences in pitch darkness are waiting for you: Séance, Flight and Coma. Step inside, put on the headphones and soon the lights will go out. After welcoming over 120,000 audience members worldwide, three sold out Edinburgh Festival runs, and a sold out run in Canary Wharf of all three containers, innovative and risk-taking theatre company DARKFIELD bring their shows to Lewis Cubitt Square, Kings Cross. Age Recommendation: 14+ This event will take place at: Lewis Cubitt Square, North of Coal Drops Yard
