Coming home at the break of dawn, the light of your living room is on, but the hall is dark. We’re sneaking in, staying over, popping round for a glass or two. You taught us everything; how to tie our shoelaces, how to get over a heartbreak, how to budget, how to weather the storms, and told us the future’s ours for the taking. We may roam all we want, go running wild but we remember all the while that those valleys have our names carved in stone so we will never forget the sound of home.
