Co-created by the audience through votes on double cliffhangers at the end of each episode. Join us at Hoxton Hall for a story of secrets, love and desperate acts. At the heart of Hoxton Hall’s #CLASS Season is Hoxton Street, a drama inspired by the dynamic local communities and their stories. Hoxton Street captures the atmosphere and vibrancy of Hoxton. Each half-hour act ends with a double cliff-hanger so the audience can decide on the direction of the show. Hoxton Hall invites you, to co-create Hoxton Street live soap opera play with us over five weeks. Created from a concept by Karena Johnson and talented working-class writing duo Oladipo Agboluaje and Lil Warren, Hoxton Street is a new and unique way of bringing authentic voices to the stage and giving a platform to the stories of the extraordinary every day. Hoxton Street’s live performances will be accompanied by an audio walking trail, introducing audiences to the characters and locations in real-life Hoxton. Breaking the mould of traditional theatre, Hoxton Street will be presented as a series of half-hour acts, creating a full-length play over five weeks with our audiences.
