Hugging can have many positive side-effects, such as improving mental health, overall stress levels and boosting confidence. People can live such busy, isolated lives, we often forget to actually reach out and connect with each other in a meaningful physical way.
I am here to teach people how to give a good hug. Using props and visual aids, I aim to create a safe-space where all forms of hugs are welcome. As with everything, hugs should be consensual and are only meant in this context in a platonic, non-sexual way.
