The BBC in the run up to the broadcast play light uplifting music in an effort to brighten the mood. Songs of the era are heard live throughout the production. The sparkling new play has played to sell out audiences in Edinburgh at the festival for the last three years. Filled with resonance, humour, sadness and hope.
