We follow our plucky, incorrigible and spirited heroine Josephine, as she navigates the impossible corridors of love in a world governed by men of means, who barely give her happiness a second thought in their bid to seize power and influence. Surrounded by pride, arrogance and, sometimes, utter stupidity, she seeks to find her way to romance and a happy ever after. Our fresh presentation is set on a post war naval vessel, styled in the impeccable class of the 50s and is sung by a cast of some of London's finest amateur singers. This is an evening that promises passion, tragedy, satire and moments of pure silliness suitable for the whole family.
