About A Dinner Engagement
Lord and Lady Dunmow, whose resources unfortunately no longer match up to the grandeur of their titles, prepare to host some very special guests for dinner. Yet all does not go to plan in this farcical and fizzing piece of light and lyrical opera. Lunchbreak Opera’s mission is to persuade those who work in the area to take a proper lunch break, and a few times a year, to spend it nourishing their artistic imagination. They do two productions a year, previously including Gianni Schicchi, Prima la Musica, Suor Angelica & A Dummies Guide to Opera.
