“Astonishingly there are tickets still available for this headphone show about the digital lives we live after death, which takes place in a coffee shop. Produced by the excellent Dante or Die and written by the ever-remarkable Chris Goode, you find yourself following the story of a man who finds himself forced to consider whether to save or delete his ex-partner’s on-line existence. It’s a technically impressive show but one that is also capable of felling you emotionally like an axe straight to the heart. Quick, snap those tickets up!”

USER NOT FOUND is about our digital identities after we die. Audience members receive a smartphone and a pair of headphones and are immersed in one man’s story as he’s faced with keeping or deleting his partner’s online existence. A story of contemporary grief unfolds through this intimate, funny performance that gently interrogates our need for connection.

Please note this show is performed in an external cafe right next to Battersea Power Station: The CoffeeWorks Project, Unit 20, Circus West Village, Circus Road West, London SW11 8EZ.

Critic reviews

Perhaps the greatest plaudits go to director, Daphna Attias, who both retains the site specific qualities of the coffee bar, lending intimacy and verisimilitude to the tale, while creating a wholly theatrical experience

Broadway World

O'Donovan's performance, and the director Daphna Attias's corresponding gift for shifting gears, make room for a range of responses as varied as the sounds on our phones

The Arts Desk

A unique experience that is certainly worth checking out over coffee and treats
