About White

The company will stream a live recording of the 2019 production of the play, with performers Ian Cameron and Michael Dylan. The 35 minute play will get three streams a day – 11am, 2pm and 4pm GMT – and will be available to start streaming for up to 40 minutes afterwards. This performance was filmed in Shanghai at The ASK (Art Space For Kids) in 2019. White follows friends, Cotton and Wrinkle, who look after the birdhouses and make sure the eggs stay safe in a world that is bright, ordered and very, very white. But high in the trees, all is not white. Colour appears. First red, then yellow, then blue. Our review of the 2015 tour is here: ★★★★★ Perfect rainbow. Directed by Catherine Wheels’ artistic director Gill Robertson, with inventive design by Shona Reppe lit by Craig Fleming and with music by Danny Krass, White is a playful, highly visual show for young children – a perfect theatre experience for grownups and young children to enjoy together.
