Tamsin Greig is the draw for Simon Godwin’s revival of Shakespeare’s luscious comedy. The production doesn’t quite capture the melancholy of this play about grief and loss, but it is very funny. Best of all is Greig as a Malvolia, a portrait of a woman in thrall to obsessive love and an obsession devotion to detail and everything being just so. Greig plays the comedy to perfection, even the way she walks is a joy, but also suggests that the character’s tragedy is her own narcissism.
